Becoming a Leader of Men — Part 2: The Importance of Dying

In order to be an effective leader you must learn the importance of dying to self. A leader of men will need to be a leader who is willing to sacrifice and die to himself. He needs to be focused on serving the men, not serving his own agenda. Jesus is calling you and He has sent the Holy Spirit to give you the strength to die to yourself and live sacrificially for the people you are called to lead.
