The Biggest Blindspot for Leaders

As leaders, we all have blind spots. When we fail to look at them and act appropriately, we can cause an inconvenience for people or at worst do a lot of harm to people. One of the biggest blind spots for men’s ministry leaders is the need to build ministry for our own needs. Be careful not to impose what you need on to the men that you are trying to lead.
